We are looking for an experienced Cake Production Baker to join our team. This role focuses on preparing cake batters, baking cake layers, and ensuring consistent product quality for daily production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cake batters according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate mixers, ovens, and bakery equipment safely.
• Bake cakes and monitor product quality.
• Prepare fillings, creams, and cake components.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist with daily production planning and inventory control.

Requirements

• Experience in cake production or baking is preferred.
• Familiar with mixers, ovens, and baking equipment.
• Able to follow recipes accurately.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
