Job Responsibility/Job Description:-

• Develop detailed project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.

• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, commercial) to align project execution with company standards and objectives.

• Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and design documents to ensure alignment with project specifications.

• Serve as the primary liaison with consultants, contractors, suppliers, tenants, government authorities, utility providers, and other external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with design consultants and the engineering team to resolve technical issues and optimize constructability.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders through regular coordination meetings and progress updates.

• Proactively manage contractual obligations and resolve project-related disputes or issues in a timely manner.

• Liaise with site teams to track physical progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, variation management, and claim evaluation.

• Ensure timely approvals of progress claims, VO (Variation Orders), and payment certifications.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on schedule, cost, and quality.

• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company and client requirements for project closure and audit purposes

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–8 years of project management experience

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

• Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, renewable energy, construction, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.

• Willing to travel to few different site location.

• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with China-mandarin speaking consultants.
