Responsibility:

• Assist the sales team with technical support and pre-sales inquiries
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers
• Conduct product testing to better understand product features and performance
• Provide product training to internal staff and customers
• Handle after-sales technical support including troubleshooting and warranty claims

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering or a related field with a CGPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Prior experience in a related industry will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
