What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices, payments, and receipts are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations, month-end closings, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Manage corporate tax filings, SST submissions, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
- Process and verify staff claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support including document management, data entry, and coordination with other departments.
- Assist with ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
Salary: RM2,500 – RM5,000 (commensurate with experience)
