Responsibilities
Procurement of office supplies and equipment in line with CSB’s policies and procedures;
Monitoring expenditure related to office administration and procurement to ensure cost efficiency;
Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and supporting documentation in accordance with CSB’s procedures;
Maintaining and monitoring CSB/JOCC inventory, including placing orders, goods receiving, and other supply inventory duties across CSB/JOCC operations;
Sourcing credible and reliable suppliers and maintaining good supplier relationships;
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and assets;
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and internal controls in all administrative processes;
Assisting the Executive Director with relevant duties when required;
Maintaining general office files, including Learning Centre files, JOCC files, and other files related to CSB’s operations;
Providing support to the Finance Manager in bookkeeping, data entry, and report compilation.
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance;
At least one (1) year of experience in a similar finance support role (experience in the non-profit sector will be an advantage);
Previous experience using SQL Accounting Software is highly favourable;
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong administrative competency;
Open, cooperative, proactive, and flexible approach to working with and supporting others.
