全职 Construction Site Supervisor Jobs, in Ikrar Jaya Bina Kuala Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Arrange, coordinate and monitor the work of the casual workers, to ensure optimum utilization of site labour and quality of work carried out.

• Monitor and follow up with sub-con and supervising at work.

• Administration work, monitor and update daily progress report.

• To analyze reports and drawings in order to plan and present projects.

• To participate in project site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure conformance to design, quality and safety standards.

• To coordinate with Site Managers or Engineers on work schedules and implementations.

• To monitor daily work progress and record down the daily material usage.

• To estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine project feasibilities.

Requirements:

• Possess diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.

• No education qualification but has good experience in construction is acceptable

• (i) Junior Supervisor (Fresh) RM 2,400 (ii) Site Supervisor (1-5 years experience) RM 2,600 - RM 4,000. (iii) Site supervisor (above 6 years experience) above RM 4,000

• Possess good problem solving, organizational and analytical thinking skills.
