Production Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Operator to support daily manufacturing and production activities. The role involves operating machines, monitoring product quality, handling materials, and ensuring smooth production line operations in a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

• Perform product quality inspection and report defects

• Load and handle raw materials for production processes

• Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S workplace practices

• Perform basic machine checking and minor maintenance tasks

• Record production output and report operational issues

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Assist in troubleshooting production or machine issues

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets

Requirements

• Minimum STM/STPM or equivalent

• Vocational or technical training is an advantage

• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Basic understanding of machine operation and production workflow

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Basic math and measurement skills preferred

Salary & Benefits

RM1,700 – RM1,800 per month
