• Assist in handling customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers professionally and promptly.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents accurately.
• Support the sales team in processing customer orders and ensuring smooth order flow from confirmation to delivery.
• Liaise with customers regarding order details, product information, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and logistics departments on order status, stock availability, and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, delivery orders (DO), quotations, and customer records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and service.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, stock reports, and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
