Overall Function:

• Responsible for setting up manufacturing machine and equipment and maintain them in good condition to produce an optimum quality and higher productivity.

• Assist supervisor to guide operators to achieve optimum product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for setting up manufacturing machine. Troubleshooting and repair.

2. Assist the production supervisor in achieving quality and production target.

3. Able to react fast on problem.

4. Able to maintain minimum inventory.

5. Able to provide suggestion for quality and productivity improvement.

6. Assist in project implementation and enhancement.

7. To monitor machine condition and ensure good housekeeping in work area.

8. Responsible to communicate relevant quality and environmental objectives and goals to subordinates.

9. To contribute in achieving the relevant quality and environmental and goals set by management.

10. To implement the relevant procedure or work instruction as required in the quality and environmental management system.

Authorities:

1. Authorized to stop production when the product does not meet the quality standard.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or with equivalent working experience.

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.

• Able to work shift.

• Knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO 9001/ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
