Job Summary
Responsible for all electrical maintenance works including wiring installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of production machines and facility electrical systems to ensure safe and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical wiring works for machinery, control panels, and building electrical systems.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including DB board, MCC panel, motor control, sensors, and lighting systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults including short circuit, overload, tripping, and wiring defects.
- Carry out preventive maintenance for motors, contactors, relays, breakers, inverters, and control panels.
- Perform cable laying, conduit installation, trunking and termination works.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.
- Attend machine breakdown and minimize downtime efficiently.
- Conduct inspection and testing using electrical tools (multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, etc.).
- Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum PW4 certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years working experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge in industrial wiring, motor control circuit and power distribution system.
- Able to perform single-phase and three-phase wiring.
- Knowledge in PLC and inverter troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Malaysian Electrical Regulations and safety standards.
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work overtime or on-call if required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
