Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Quantity survey or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in construction industry are most recommended.
• Independent and able to work well without much supervision
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills
• Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
• Excels at operating in fast pace, community environment

Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare tender documents for the company (tender estimation and do budgetary, sourcing for quotation and analyze, compare and evaluate costing).
• Oversee the financial contract administration throughout the course of the project.
• To price and forecast the cost of various materials needed for each project.
• Obtain for quotation, liaise and negotiate with various suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handling of variation orders.
• Submit progress reports in a timely and prompt manner.
• Other QS duties as and when assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Quatity surveyor: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
