SoftSnug is more than just activewear; we are a lifestyle brand focused on empowerment and functional fitness. As we scale across SEA, we need a creative Account Manager who understands the intersection of fitness content and commerce to lead our TikTok Shop presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Shop Operations: Lead product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management specifically for the personal care category.

• Growth Strategy: Execute TikTok-first marketing campaigns (Flash Sales, Livestream collaborations) to drive conversion for our hygiene products.

• Performance Analytics: Monitor SKU-level performance and competitor hygiene brands to pivot strategies in real-time.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with TikTok category managers to secure "Home & Personal Care" slot features and campaign support.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of e-commerce experience (TikTok Shop experience is a massive plus).

• Deep understanding of social commerce and what makes health/beauty products go viral.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on RoAS and revenue targets.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
