Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Client Support

·               Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

·               Handle sales inquiries and develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.

·               Deliver professional technical presentations and product briefings.

Pre-Sales & Tender Coordination

·               Conduct site visits and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

·               Support tender submissions and ensure technical compliance requirements are met.

Product Demonstration & Technical Consultation

·               Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers.

·               Conduct training sessions and workshops when required.

·               Maintain strong knowledge of company products and industry developments.

Project & After-Sales Coordination

·               Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and project teams for smooth project execution.

·               Monitor project progress and provide technical support during implementation.

·               Handle troubleshooting, customer feedback, and post-installation support.

Market & Business Development

·               Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

·               Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.

Requirements

·               Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering).

·               Minimum 3 years experience in sales engineering or technical sales.

·               Strong technical understanding with sales-oriented mindset.

·               Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·               Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.

• ·               Experience or knowledge in geosynthetics (geotextiles, geomembranes, geogrids, etc.) will be an added advantage.
