Accurately process and record customer transactions using the POS system.

• Reconcile sales data across multiple POS systems and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and systematic documentation of all accounting records.
• Prepare, generate, and update account-related reports as required.
• Support accounts payable tasks such as verifying invoices and preparing payment details.
• Perform data entry for financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including data compilation and basic reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal departments to verify transaction details and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
• Support overall departmental operations by ensuring records are well-organized, accurate, and up to date.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma.
• Familiarity with POS systems, and with cashering experience.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized and hardworking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Able to adapt to new environment including learning a new process and system.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
