Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Executive to support our People & Culture initiatives. This role will focus primarily on employee engagement, workplace culture activities, and providing administrative support to the HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities such as team bonding events, celebrations, and internal campaigns.

  • Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee wellbeing.

  • Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and engagement assessments.

  • Help implement internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Support onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.

HR Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist in organizing internal HR activities, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Support HR initiatives related to employee welfare, recognition programs, and internal events.

  • Coordinate logistics for HR programs and employee engagement activities.

Employee Relations

  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Support HR in maintaining a positive employee experience across departments.

  • Promote company values and encourage participation in culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about people engagement.

  • Good organizational and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
