1. Student Support and Administration
- Attend to internal staff and students’ needs.
- Provide support for academic-related activities, including enrolment and examination matters.
- Maintain and update students’ database system.
- Update students’ attendance and leave records.
- Administrate and update the academic database in the system.
2. Assessment and Examination Management
- Deliver continuous assessment support, including credit transfers and exemptions.
- Process assignment results and manage examination files.
- Update and generate semester results and academic transcripts.
3. Classroom Coordination
- Coordinate classroom bookings, lecturer cancellations, and replacement classes to minimize schedule disruptions.
4. Document Preparation and Reporting
- Prepare documents such as student certification letters etc.
- Compile student feedback and lecturer appraisal forms.
- Maintain registry bulletin boards and perform general administration duties.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour
