The candidate must be a proactive and details-and-results-oriented person, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all M&E works. He should work closely with the immediate superior to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, within the required timeline and to high safety and quality standards. The candidate shall collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and his team mates to ensure seamless communication for proper execution of his tasks. He will be the key personnel in ensuring M&E design constructability and compatibility with architectural and C&S details prior to execution of works.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute all assignments given by his Superiors according to the required timelines and desired outcomes.

• Assist the PM in planning, arranging, coordinating, monitoring, inspecting and reporting; including reviewing and checking drawings, preparing method statements, work programs and other technical documents.

• Actively discuss, present, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other staff to gather or disseminate information for effective execution of works.

• Able to work closely and garner the supports of all parties to advance his work agendas effectively.

• Monitor and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure project progress aligns with plans.

• Ensure all construction works complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Solve technical problems and provide on-site engineering solutions as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of site activities, materials etc and prepare progress reports.

• Able to do work schedules, budgeting, cost control, QAQC, risk assessment & control of M&E works.

• Lead, coordinate and record all Testing & Commissioning works till acceptance and handover.
