Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
Prior experience in procurement, merchandising, retail operations, or inventory management is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Able to travel when required for outlet setups and events
Can work in Penang/ Selangor
Responsibilities
Manage product procurement and supplier coordination
Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and product availability
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Plan and execute visual merchandising setup for outlets and events
Ensure product displays are aligned with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns
Coordinate logistics and product arrangements for new outlet setups and events
Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing records
Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to support business needs.
