Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Experience in media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or livestream commerce is an advantage. 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new brands, merchants, and business partners. 
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound business development activities. 
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial decks, and partnership agreements. 
  • Conduct sales presentations and business meetings with prospective clients. 
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities. 

Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners. 
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and recurring revenue. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction. 
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally. 

Livestream & Creator Ecosystem

  • Support the growth of JAM's livestream commerce business across various platforms. 
  • Identify suitable brand and creator collaboration opportunities. 
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding KOLs, creators, and livestream talents. 
  • Support campaign planning and commercial discussions involving creators and brands. 

Strategic Growth

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. 
  • Propose new revenue streams, business verticals, and partnership opportunities. 
  • Support management in launching and scaling new business initiatives. 
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
