Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support JAM's marketing campaigns, livestream promotions, client projects, social media content, and overall brand presence. The role requires a strong creative eye, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Design key visuals, promotional banners, social media creatives, campaign materials, and marketing assets.
- Produce creative assets for livestream campaigns, brand collaborations, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Create visual concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
- Ensure all designs maintain high visual standards and consistency.
Brand & Campaign Support
- Support internal and client campaigns through creative design solutions.
- Work closely with content, business development, and operations teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Adapt designs across various formats including digital, print, event, and presentation materials.
- Assist in developing creative directions and campaign concepts.
Copy & Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators and marketers on campaign messaging.
- Provide input on visual storytelling and creative execution.
- Support basic copywriting for design assets when required.
AI & Design Innovation
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and creative output.
- Explore new design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously improve design quality and creative processes.
