RK South Asia Hiring! Full Time QC Engineer- Asst Engineer in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,600 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

1 To ensure all QC Supervisor and below follow strictly on the company procedure and quality standard.

2 Responsible to handle OEM & REM customer complaint and prepare analysis report, countermeasure report,etc.

3 Responsible to handle internal CAR procedure and liaise with production department.

4 Responsible to prepare and update QC WI, SOP and Risk & Opportunity Table.

5 To participate in ISO internal auditor & auditee.

6 To maintain ISO 9001 quality management system.

7 To support on SIRIM audit and customer audit on the parts quality checking and confirmation.

8 To participate in quality objective improvement team.

9 Responsible to prepare inspection data and documentation for new or change model to OEM customer. Example: Cp/Cpk N10/N30/N100/N100, PAC-V, APQP, PPAP etc.

10 To prepare documentation and report as per requested by customer.

11 Prepared report and analysis data requested by management.

12 To support superior on the customer audit.

13 Responsible to prepare training material and carry out training to QC inspectors.

14 Responsible to carry out in-process audit (IPA) in production line.

15 Ensure housekeeping and 5S are implemented effectively.

16 Perform any other jobs as requested by immediate superior.

17 The QC Engineer and Asst Engineer have authority to stop machine, upon found rejects during inspection raw material, parts, chains and finish goods.

Qualification:

1 Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

2. Preferable with at least 1 years working experience in quality control or manufacturing processes.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
