Job Responsibilities

• Full Set Accounts: Handling the complete accounting cycle including general ledger, trial balance, and month-end/year-end closures.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management.
• Compliance & Tax: Managing tax submissions (including e-invoicing and SST) and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaising directly with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow: Assisting in financial forecasting, monitoring budgets, and tracking debtor/creditor aging lists.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Partial professional qualification with manufacturing experiences is highly encouraged
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software : SQL
• Able to work under fast pace environment and multi-tasking
• Initiative, independent and able to withstand of pressure
• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and highly analytical.

Location : Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong
Working Hours : Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
