• To assist in handling documentations & shipping procedures for ocean import & export shipments;
• To assist in coordination & liaison with freight forwarders, local and overseas agents & vendors and customers for handling, delivery & pick up of ocean import & export shipments;
• To assist to create jobs for import export shipments & update job costing on timely basis in the ERP system;
• To assist in preparation of quotation, issuance of bills and supporting shipping documents to customers for payment arrangement as well as to attend to customers inquiries;
• To assist Customer Service & Operations Assistant Manager on any sales inquiry and others task.
• Assist on any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM100.00 - RM500.00 per month
