Responsibilities
- To assist monthly payroll processing, which includes checking attendance, calculating leaves and prepare payment reports to Accounts Department.
- All aspects of personnel work such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB and etc, General Affairs such as maintaining and updating personal information of employees, etc.
- Maintain proper documentation and HR records in compliance with company policies.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when needed.
- Any others duties as may reasonable be required by the Manager.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Administrative and any related fields.
- 1-2 years of working experiance in HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and able to speak and write in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, including 1.5hours of lunch break
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
