Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Admin Intern to support our Accounts operation functions. This internship is ideal for students who want practical exposure to business operations, financial processes, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Process Intern, you will support the team in business administration, documentation, client coordination, filing, and daily operational tasks. You will assist in organizing client records, tracking document movement, preparing administrative documents, sending client reminders, supporting new client onboarding, and helping the team improve internal administrative workflows.

This internship provides practical exposure to business operations, office administration, client servicing processes, compliance support, and document management within a professional services environment.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Able to commit to the required internship period.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams and clients through email or other communication channels.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to handle confidential client and company information professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
