Responsibilities
Job Title: Front of House Staff (Entry Level)!
Weekday Rate: $13/hour
Weekend Rate: $15/hour
Department: Front-of-House - F&B Department
Work Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week
Core Responsibilities:
1. BUZZER & TABLE MANAGEMENT
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings
- Maintain table cleanliness and proper setup throughout service
- Respond promptly to buzzer calls from customers
2. FOOD RUNNER DUTIES
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly
- Learn menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods during food running
- Ensure proper presentation and temperature of all dishes
3. MENU MASTERY & TRAINING
- Study menu thoroughly including dish names, ingredients, and Korean terminology
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and tastings
- Pass role-play tests demonstrating menu knowledge and storytelling ability
4. PROGRESSION TO SERVER DUTIES
- Upon passing tests, begin taking customer orders
- Serve food and beverages with proper technique
- Engage with customers to enhance dining experience
5. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Provide friendly, attentive service
- Answer basic menu questions accurately
- Support senior servers and team members
