Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources

  1. Leading the HR initiatives covering overall talent management strategy, including compensation & benefits, change management, performance management, recruitment, succession planning and etc

  2. Work closely with key management team to develop and establish HR strategies to ensure the alignment with key business goals and overall organisation strategies

  3. Knowledgeable of current employment laws and government/regulatory requirements that are applicable to organisation

  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from various departments to create systems and structures that will further enhance recruitment strategy and employee retention

  5. Provide support and training to employees and managers to better understand and utilise HR tools, processes and policies

  6. Detail-oriented with good planning and project management skills to achieve positive results

  7. Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Administration

  1. Supervise and manage overall office administration functions including facilities, vendor management, and procurement.

  2. Ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the Group.

  3. Oversee corporate services such as licensing, regulatory documentation, and company assets.

  4. Manage corporate communication and ensure timely dissemination of company-wide information.

Information Technology (IT)

  1. Oversee IT operations and infrastructure to ensure business continuity and system security.

  2. Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade systems as required.

  3. Implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and data protection practices in compliance with regulations.

  4. Support digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.

  5. Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for IT-related issues across departments.

ADDITIONAL NOTES (IF ANY)

  1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  3. Minimum 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  4. Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills, attention to details and a track record of providing effective Human Resource solutions to the business.

  5. Organized, disciplined, self-driven and self-aware with a track record of integrity, commitment, courage and performance.
