Responsibilities
Account Admin Assistant
Process daily and monthly documents, spreadsheet and reports
Ensure payments received accurately
Prepare monthly payments
Completing bank reconciliations
Handling accruals and prepayments
Managing company ledgers & prepare financial reports
Credit Control, managing account payable & receivable
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Managing cash flow
Assisting with audits, tax submissions, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Account Admin Executive
Handling full sets of accounts.
Prepare management accounts.
Finalize accounts for annual audit and taxation matters.
Managing companies’ cash flow and finance related management reports.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and tax matters.
Ensure compliance with accounting standard & company policies.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in accounting
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting field added advantage
Working experience in related industry (car service) added advantage
Able to finalize full set account independently with minimum supervision
Able to work under tight deadlines
SQL Accounting-based software
Microsoft Excel, Words
Personality
Detail oriented, organized

Able to handle sensitive, confidential information
