Responsibilities
We're looking for a Content Intern who can write well, think clearly, and use AI as a tool, not to replace thinking. You'll research, write, and publish content that supports Cinch's brand. Expect real work, real feedback, and six months of genuine experience.
What You'll Do
- Write blog posts and long-form articles on topics related to device management & the tech industry.
- Upload and format content into our Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure published content is properly tagged & categorised, with supporting images & links.
- Support ad hoc writing tasks as assigned (social copy, campaign copy & more).
- Collaborate with the internal team to align content updates.
- Proofread and edit drafts before publishing.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not a must-have).
- Prior writing experience — internships, freelance, a blog, campus publications, or writing samples.
Skills & Traits
- Strong written English.
- Proficient with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and knows how to use them intelligently to research, ideate, and refine, not to replace thinking.
- Open to learning and comfortable receiving direct feedback.
- Take initiative, you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks across deadlines.
- Comfortable working with a content management system (training provided).
Bonus Points
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Contentful, Canva & Google Workspace
