A Conveyancing Clerk supports solicitors in handling property-related transactions, ensuring that all documentation, statutory requirements, and client communications are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree
-Experience in conveyancing firms at least 3 years
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
