Responsibilities
Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the supervisor in managing daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and assisting team members to achieve company standards and sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in daily outlet operations and shift management
- Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance/training
- Ensuring excellent customer service experience
- Handling customer complaints professionally
- Managing cashier operations, stock control, and closing procedures
- Ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and SOP compliance
- Supporting sales growth and promotional activities
- Preparing reports and communicating outlet issues to management
- Acting as person in charge during supervisor’s absence
An Assistant Supervisor should demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and responsibility in maintaining smooth outlet operations.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
