Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, documenting functional specifications, and supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation and AI-driven solutions for clients in Malaysia and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

· Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

· Conduct requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and business process reviews.

· Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, user stories, and use cases.

· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flow diagrams.

Solution Design & Documentation

· Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, AI Engineers, and Project Managers to define solution requirements.

· Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI adoption.

· Support solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business objectives.

Project Delivery Support

· Participate in project planning, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.

· Track project deliverables, risks, and change requests.

· Support client onboarding, training, and post-implementation activities.

Stakeholder Management

· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and technical teams.

· Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project status updates.

· Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Malaysia and Singapore.

Market & Industry Research

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Stay updated on digital transformation, AI, cloud, and emerging technology trends.

· Recommend innovative solutions that align with client business goals.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
