We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our
Health Food Store in KK!
The Candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Must be a Malaysian citizen
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Minimum SPM level or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in customer service
• Good communicative and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays
Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and guidance on our range of health products. You will ensure customers have a positive shopping experience and receive the assistance they need regarding product information, orders and store services.
