岗位职责
· To enhance and extend Nura Business by representing the company to clients, prospects, and the public at large.
· To promote the company and its hygiene products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of the Operation Manager and Senior Manager.
· Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via leads and enquiries.
· Identify customer needs and analyze their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities.
· Make regular visits to customer to build rapport and to conduct presentations or premises inspection when necessary.
· Building strong customer relationships and managing territory effectively.
· Attend to all enquiries from prospect and existing customers within 48 hours
· Ensures that the customer’s issue or complaints are dealt with efficient manner.
· Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate win-win solutions.
· Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
· Monitor competitor tactics and develop counter measure.
· To work closely with Sales & Marketing department to develop strategic approaches for key customer.
· Takes accountability by updating daily sales to management.
· To manage all related hygiene service contracts.
· To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
