Job Description

Responsibilities

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 6.15pm (Break: 1.00pm – 2.15pm)
  • Friday: 9.00am – 6.15pm (Break: 12.45pm – 2.45pm)
  • Saturday: 9.00am – 3.00pm (Break: 1.00pm – 2.00pm) (Staff entitled to 1 Saturday off per month)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and ensure timely submission of appraisal reports.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee training to ensure staff complete training successfully and understand company SOPs.
  • Screen incoming applications and maintain applicant database.
  • Arrange interview schedules with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Handle calls, messages, and routine correspondence with candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding process including preparing Employment Form, Offer Letter, and HR documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Develop and carry out efficient filing and documentation systems.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., leaves, attendance, overtime).
  • Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing letters, memos, and HR-related reports.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, organized, and meticulous with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (candidates with HR/administration experience will have an added advantage).
