Anglo East (M) Hiring! Full Time Accounts Assistant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anglo East (M) Sdn. Bhd. is an established company based in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will take ownership of our day-to-day accounts operations — from AR and AP processing to billing, reconciliation and weekly reporting — using Auto Count accounting software. If you are organised, proactive and take pride in getting the numbers right, we would love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Handle full AR/AP cycle — receipts, invoices, DO, Debit/Credit Notes and payment knock-off in Auto Count
• Issue proposals, quotations and cover notes accurately and on time
• Coordinate and issue periodic client billing invoices on schedule
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and AR/AP ledger reconciliation
• Generate weekly SOA and Debtor Aging Reports; follow up on overdue debtors
• Manage petty cash, staff expense claims and prepare Weekly Report to management
• Maintain organised physical and digital filing and assist with payroll and audit support

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in an accounts role
• Proficient in Auto Count or similar accounting software
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia — written and spoken
• High attention to detail, proactive and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
