A. POSITION : QA Assistant

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Perform ESH internal inspection (i.e. firefighting equipment, emergency exit, emergency light, emergency eyewash)

2) Monitor calibration record and report before due date

3) Data input through customer web portal (e.g. GSRM, ChemSherpa) if required

4) Random inspect on-line products for PQC effectiveness verification

5) Perform tooling checking before release to production

6) Perform First Article Sample Inspection and draft Sample Approval Documents

7) Compile IQC, PQC and OQC report

8) Monitor material testing results and determine defect then report to superior

9) Monitor and control non-conformance output. Compile reject report

10) Check on customer rejected and returned goods

C. AUTHORITY : On hold non-conformance outputs

D. REPORTING TO : QA Executive

E. COMPETENCY LEVEL :

1) Education : Min. Diploma in engineering, environment or related field

2) Experience : Fresh graduate are ecourage to apply

3) Skills : Computer literate (Microsoft office software), problem solving,

good interpersonal skill and able to communicate and written in

English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
