Job Description:
Manage and control the annual marketing (A&P) budget across all product categories
Monitor, track, and review marketing expenses by campaign and category
Coordinate with HQ product and finance teams on budget support and alignment
Establish and manage approval processes for marketing spend and execution
Identify budget variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare timely marketing and budget reports for management review
Ensure all expenses comply with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
Provide accruals, justifications, and administrative support for expense submissions and vendor payments
Job Requirements:
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel and MS Ppt.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Able to multi-task according to the job needs.
This is a 1 year renewable contract position
