Location: Kampung Baru, Bukit Mertajam, Penang
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Handle payroll administration, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and employment-related correspondence
- Coordinate office administration — supplies, maintenance, vendor management, and general upkeep
- Support employee engagement activities and company events
What We're Looking For:
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior or Management as needed
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
