We're Hiring: IT Support Assistant

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems? We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Assistant to join our team and support our daily IT operations!

Location: Icon City / Kampung Baru, Bukit Mertajam

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: IT / System Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, and daily work efficiency
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior or Management as needed
• Assist users in troubleshooting computer, Google Sheet, POS, ERP, email, internet, and application problems
• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, printer, CCTV, and system-related issues
• Support ERP system operations, including user access, basic data checking, and system issue reporting
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, user accounts, passwords, and support cases
• Assist in system testing, data entry checking, report checking, and user training when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leverage AI for debugging and software development
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Sheet, and common business applications
• Experience in ERP / system support / POS support will be an advantage
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new systems
• Good problem-solving skills and able to follow up tasks until completed
• STPM / Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
