Woon Brothers Construction Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor (QS) in Johor - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Measure and take off quantities from drawings
• Support project cost control, check and analyse actual usage of project material against claimed quantities
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material budgets, and tender documents
• Assist with valuations, progress claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients
• Maintain project documentation
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Contract Manager.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is standard.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good in MS Office, MS Project, Autocad.
• Fresh Graduate candidate is welcome to apply
