Job Responsibility

1. Assist the Chief Pilot Operations (CPO) and Flight Training Manager (FTM) on the updating of all Flight Operations Manuals.

2. To coordinate with the Document Control Department in ensuring the implementation of updates.

3. Assist the Flight Operations Department in the closure of all audit findings.

4. Assist the CPO in completing any gap analysis as required.

5. Liaise with the Document Control Department to ensure all Flying Staff Instructions (FSI) are properly disseminated to all bases.

6. To ensure the published FSI is eventually incorporated into the appropriate document.

7. To assist the CPO in ensuring all Flight Ops Documents, especially the aircraft documents, are up to date and meet the required standards.

8. Coordinate with the Technical Services Department to ensure all Rotorcraft Flight Manuals (RFM) are properly updated.

9. To work with the OCCM/CAAM Liaison Officer on all CAAM requirements in terms of Ops Manual Documentation.

10. To ensure all Audit closure and Document update meet Flight Standard KPI.

11. To ensure Flight operations comply with CAAM and any other authority requirements.

12. Any other requirements as and when required by the CPO.

Job Requirement

1. Degree in Aviation Management or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Flight Operations Manual management function

3. Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel

4. Good communication & presentation skills – both written and verbal in English

5. Attention to detail and accuracy

6. Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
