As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing accurate quotes for our ICT solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales & Marketing of ICT Solutions: Promote ICT products and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets & Account Management: Meet sales targets and manage accounts for growth.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Understand customer needs and build strong client relationships.
  • Quotation & Order Management: Prepare quotes and oversee the entire order process.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Ensure a smooth sales process and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Research potential accounts and generate new sales leads.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree qualification, with 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
