About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistic Intern to join the dynamic team at AYS Ventures Berhad in Klang, Selangor. As a Logistic Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Logistic operation , contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a full-time position that offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, industry-leading organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare loading lists and process STE (Stock Transfer Entries ) for inter-warehouse transfers
• Coordinate logistics operations
• Prepare Store Preparation Lists (SPL) and update delivery details
• Support logistics reporting and internal staff communication
• Monitor driver compliance and arrange safety briefings

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Keen interest in the manufacturing and logistics industry
