About the role
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in Bandar Mahkota Cheras.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, safe, and cost-effective engineering designs and ensuring that all works meet regulatory standards and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform civil and structural engineering design works, including the preparation of drawings and reports.
- Prepare and submit design documents for review and approval by relevant authorities.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
- Provide technical advice and innovative engineering solutions to support project delivery.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in civil & Structural Engineering.
- Minimum Five (5) years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Orion, Tedd, Esteem, Staad Pro, MITs, or similar software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiar with local authority submission and approval processes.
- Experience in reinforced concrete and steel structure design and infrastructure and site supervision will be an added advantage.What we offer
