Responsibilities

• Develop market strategies and identify new business opportunities to drive continuous growth.
• Diagnose customer-reported technical issues and guide them through effective troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate customer support.
• Conduct product training for customers and support them in using product features effectively.
• Maintain high professionalism in customer interactions and provide timely responses to their needs.
• Improve support processes, perform joint customer visits, train technical sales staff, and produce clear reports/documentation

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Electronics Application Engineering
• Experienced in circuit/PCB design with EMC/EMI and magnetic components expertise.
• EMC lab testing experience and ability to support customer design needs.
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, result-orientation, and excellent English communication skills.
• Based in Penang and willing to travel frequently (25% a month)

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Electrical engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
• PCB Design: 5 years (Preferred)
• EMC/EMI and magnetic components: 3 years (Preferred)
