Job Description
- Issue PO for insufficient stock (SO & project), Utilities & THES.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Rental lorry for project.
- Handle repairing item & monthly stock take (random check).
- Enquiry code and price.
- Monthly outstanding PO.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years related experience
- Ability to communicate & reading in Mandarin is a must since purchasing will be dealing with China suppliers fully.
- SPM or Diploma/Degree in any Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management studies or equivalent.
- Having experiences working as a purchase order parts / logistic staff or have managed international purchasing environment is highly encourage to apply and fresh graduations are fully welcome as we will provide basic training as well.
- Able to work together in a timely manner with all related departments mention above and be proactive in following of orders plus tracking of estimated raw material arrival
- Able to work under tight schedules and good communication with all levels of people is required from Executive Directors, managers to production staff members.
- Friendly by nature, professionalism by trade in the working environment by having clear timely communications of material purchase.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
