Responsibilities
Job Scope:
1. Provide administrative and clerical support.
2. Manage any correspondence (e-mail, letters, documents, parcels, etc.)
3. Manage and record tasks systematically.
4. Maintain an orderly filing system.
5. Prepare documents.
6. Perform ad hoc analyses/tasks when required.
7. Stay up to date on company products and services.
Requirement:
1. Computer and technology proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Hardworking, punctual, committed, and good discipline record.
4. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
5. Applicant will be based at Taman Molek, Johor Bahru.
6. Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
