Job Description

• To coordinate with project team and contract team on purchases and issue purchase order.
• To ensure proper review of purchasing date is carried out before the procurement of material.
• To source quotation and prepare comparison for material purchase.
• To source for new supplier and also carry out evaluation and qualification of supplier.
• Perform in a purchase, delivery planning, delivery control & stock control of materials.
• Implementation and enforcement of policy and objective.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Supply Chain or any relevant field.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
• Good negotiation skills and with positive attitude.
