MHY Machinery & Engineering Hiring! Full Time HR Executive in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, in compliance with Malaysian regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of related documents.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overall employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, and company policies.
• Support daily HR operations and provide administrative assistance when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in human resource management, business administration, management, business management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR-related roles.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, including written and spoken communication.
• Experience with payroll or HRIS systems such as AutoCount will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proactive, detail-orientated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
